Dwellings is a full-service residential project management firm serving clients through the complexities and demands of home ownership. Since 2006, we have provided personalized support for clients acquiring, managing, renovating, relocating to, or transitioning from a primary residence, vacation home, or estate property.
Every property and project carries its own set of requirements. That is why Dwellings begins with an understanding not only of the physical property but also of each client's needs, lifestyle, standards, timeline, and vision. We then create an organized path forward, coordinating details, trusted vendors, schedules, decisions, and logistics with precision and discretion.
From strategic planning to hands-on oversight, Dwellings delivers a level of support that goes far beyond routine property care. We bring capable management, flexible problem-solving, and calm, reliable follow-through to every engagement.
Kelly Chastain, Founder and CEO of Dwellings, brings a distinctly multidisciplinary and uniquely comprehensive background to Dwellings, with experience spanning hotel and restaurant interior design, national conference sales in the hotel industry, event venue management, and ownership of both a restaurant and a bed and breakfast.
Raised in a military family, Kelly learned early the value of discipline, adaptability, accountability, and service to others. These qualities are woven into the fabric of the Dwellings experience today and together with her appreciation for beautiful spaces and orderly processes—continue to define the principles of the Dwellings approach.
